Our Broker Pre-Licensing Courses are Virginia Real Estate Board Approved 45 hour classes to prepare you for the National and State Broker Licensing examinations. Each course if offered in both a classroom and a self-study format. Rest assured that your success is our success and regardless of the format that you choose, you will have direct access to an instructor to answer questions and to provide additional detail and perspective. Self-Study
Elite School of Real Estate’s 45-hour self-study courses are approved by the Virginia Real Estate Board to apply to the 180-hour broker pre-licensing education requirement.
