Continuing Education

Virginia Continuing Education Requirements:

To renew your Virginia Real Estate license, brokers and sales persons (who have renewed their license at least once before) you must complete Real Estate Board-approved Continuing Education. (Section 54.1-2105.03 of the Code of Virginia)

Experienced Salespersons must complete 16 hours of Continuing Education to renew their licenses.
Brokers must complete 24 hours of Continuing Education to renew their licenses
